FlowDule is sold to business customers. The subscription price, currency, VAT, payment period, features, volumes and any minimum term are shown before ordering and appear in the order confirmation. No separate voluntary guarantee is given unless this appears expressly from the order confirmation or an SLA. Choice of law and venue follow the Terms of Service. Contact legal@flowdule.com with complaints about the service; FlowDule answers complaints as quickly as possible.

6. Content and intellectual property rights
FlowDule ApS is responsible for FlowDule’s own company and product texts. Trade marks, software, design and documentation belong to FlowDule or to the rights holders stated. Customers’ content belongs to the customer and the relevant rights holders in accordance with the contractual basis.
FlowDule’s website is not at present a journalistic-editorial medium. No separate editorially responsible person is therefore designated in this document. The assessment is reopened if FlowDule establishes an independent editorial service or targets a market with further mandatory imprint requirements.
7. Markets and languages
FlowDule is established in Denmark, and Danish law is the starting point under the country-of-origin principle for the online services covered. The fact that a page can be read in another language is not in itself a decision to launch in the country in question.
Before actively targeting a new country through prices, sales, local processing profiles or marketing, a country review is carried out. This document is supplemented with local information only where such information is actually necessary. A separate German imprint is therefore not maintained without a documented German market launch.
