Booking on your website - with your brand and your setup
FlowDule offers two ways to integrate booking on your website: a widget that can be embedded on any page, and a dedicated booking page with your own subdomain and branding.
Both solutions respect separation between companies. For booking, events, checkout and other collection points, the customer's own privacy text, purpose and required fields must be shown or linked before submission; this is a requirement in our Privacy Policy, which has not yet been verified across all collection surfaces. Cookies, local storage and third-party technologies are listed in the Cookie Policy, where the technology overview is still a draft with open items.

Widget, booking page, and configuration per company
Dedicated booking page
A standalone booking page on your own subdomain (company.flowdule.com) with full branding and all booking functionalities.
Setup per company via unique address code
Each company gets its own unique address code (slug) that controls the booking page, widget configuration, and API access. Everything is isolated per company.
Branding and customization
Logo, colors, and texts can be customized so the booking experience matches your website and brand identity. The theme is controlled with data-theme (light, dark, or automatic), and the language follows your chain, unless you set data-locale.
Service and staff selection
Control which services and staff are displayed in the widget and on the booking page - per location and per company.
Responsive and mobile-friendly
Both the widget and the booking page are responsively designed, so clients can book from any device without loss of functionality.

Embed booking directly on your existing website
FlowDule's booking widget can be placed with a script tag and configured for view, theme and language. The customer must also add the relevant privacy and cookie context, and Stripe may only load as part of a user-initiated payment flow. The bot protection Cloudflare Turnstile currently loads on the booking pages, and the map view calls CARTO and Nominatim directly; both are listed as open control points in the Cookie Policy and are not yet closed.
