Encrypted messages to colleagues and clients.

Write to colleagues and clients in message threads in FlowDule, in the same system as the calendar and the client card. The messages are encrypted, and unread messages are shown in the menu.

Conversations in one place.

Colleagues and clients write to you where you already work. There is no extra inbox to keep an eye on.

  1. Threads with colleagues

Write to your colleagues in message threads. Each conversation has its own thread, so it is easy to find again.

  2. Threads with clients

Clients get message threads too. The conversation stays in FlowDule, not on a private phone.

  3. Encrypted

The messages are encrypted. Data is encrypted when it is sent and when it is stored, and each business is kept separate from the others.

  4. Unread in the menu

Unread messages are shown in the menu. You can see that someone has written, wherever you are in FlowDule.

  5. From the phone too

Staff can open messages in the phone's browser, just like the calendar, the client cards and the journals.

  6. Next to the calendar

Messages, booking, client notes and payments are in the same platform. You do not switch programs to reply.

Write, and see where the message lands.

Send a message in a thread, or let a colleague or a client write to you. Unread messages are shown in the menu until you open the thread. This is a sketch of the idea, not real data.

Encrypted

The thread requires JavaScript.

Write in the thread, or let a colleague or a client write to you.

In the sketch the message is split into small pieces while it is on its way. That shows it is encrypted.
