Operations · Video
Video consultations booked like any other appointment.
The client books a video session, just like everything else. The meeting link is included in the confirmation and the reminder. And when the session is over, notes, journal and follow-up sit on the same booking.
The session is tied to the booking.
You do not create meetings in another program, and the client does not need Teams or Zoom. The video itself is provided by LiveKit, which is on the list of sub-processors.
-
Booked as a service
A video consultation is booked like any other service. The client books online, or you put the appointment in the calendar.
