Booking is the way in, not the whole job.

The calendar brings together bookings, private appointments, practitioners and rooms. Several practitioners and locations are planned in the same overview, each with their own role. And the booking leads on to the reminder, payment, client card and journal.

  1. Clients book themselves

    Online around the clock. The client chooses treatment, duration and practitioner and gets confirmation straight away. Only times that are actually available can be booked.

  2. SMS and email reminders

    Sent automatically by SMS, email or both. You choose the timing and write the text with your name and your tone. The email has buttons so the client can add the appointment to their own calendar.

  3. Clients reschedule themselves

    The client can change or cancel their appointment after logging in. The confirmation is sent again, and the reminders follow along when a booking is moved or cancelled.

  4. Waiting list

    If a time is taken, the client can join the waiting list for it.

  5. Rooms and equipment

    The calendar shows rooms and equipment together with the bookings and the practitioners, so you can see what is taken.

  6. On your own website

    Put the booking on your home page or on a treatment page, or share a link. The booking page is adapted for mobile.
